DNA extraction

this is the mixture between bawang + isopropanyl alcohol + water = dna extraction.

on the following day, i had this process of genetics and evolution of organisms. we have to extract the dna of bawang (the method is not the one used by the people who r actually wanted to extract the dna but this one is the easiest to-do). it was fun because me, mar and aja got to extract the dna succesfully! after all, thanx to aja for accidentally let the hot water bath (aronud 70C) to slipped inside our beaker =p overall, its impressing to actually learn the wonders of science world!
