today patutnya ada kelas marine ecology tapi sebab terlupa tarikh hari ni and tertengok lak kat papan outside the class tulis..

"kelas ekologi marin shes2008 pada 8/1/09 dibatalkan. segala kesulitan amat dikesali.."

yes! i was so excited to the extend that i forgot that today is 13th of january!! so, i went back to my college, happily walking alone when suddenly a serangga bite at the corner of my eyes.. ouch! thank God tak bengkak but its a bit pedih. when i had already arrived at my college then only i remebered that "hey, today is 13th of jan!!!!".. so i missed a class without any purpose (nak kena salin balik nota dari kawan2) and i got some sleep (almost 3hours gak la bermimpi kan ntah pape ppunya mimpi, hahhahah!)..

owh, my secret of getting kurus than ever is in this list:

1. makan nasi dengan kadar yang sedikit.

2. walk to the class with a 4 inch wedges. it helps to burn the excess of fat in your body.

3. get enough sleep =)

4. have an aim or target on how much you wanna lose wight.

basically, i'm still not satisfied wih the results yet since i wanted to achieve size 26-27 for my jeans. at this moment, my size has reduced to 28 from 29. but people around me did told me that i'm getting thinner than ever. maybe beause i do have a big bones so i can't really be so thin. but do wish me luck, ok? plus, i think those cream like pati halia really works for me. if you are really serious about getting back in your shape, do starts from now on. don't procrastinate because there's a lot of style out there waiting for you to try it!

i spend rm300 to buy all those junks the other day tapi takpe la kan coz jarang2 shopping and bukannya selalu pun =) but i have to admit, i think i'm such a shoes lover since i have i think 13 pairs of shoes (exclude the flats and ballet shoes). i have 3 stilettos, 2 boots, 3 wedges, 2 pumps and i can't remember the other 3 names, hihihihi! i put all the shoes inside my cupboard at home and susun elok2 because i really like to play with the shoes. the most expensive is the guess by marciano which i bought it on last november and others is just the normal brand like vincci, voir and from the boutique. owh, and i love to own a guess bag but its too expensive. tunggu la bila dapat sugar daddy nanti or bf yang kaya, kahkahkah! just joking!
