u need to invest on a very good foundation and pressed powder.. like i did! for better coverage, you can use liquid foundation - 2 way cake is for those who need less coverage.
black kohl eyeliner is then smudge with a brush to create that sultry black looks.
i used mac eye shadow, brun. its a black-brownish in colour. if you dont like brown, you can opt for dark silver.
i used mac lipstick. for that attention grabbing eyes, lips must be nude!

~ Revlon Colorstay in early tan (color depends on ur skintone - pls do not use Maybelline or Silky girl - so far Revlon is the best and affordable beside MAC - price RM 55.00).
~ MAC pressed powder in NC40.
~ Loreal black kohl eyeliner (pls use black for that smokey effect).
~ MAC eyeshadow in Brun (espresso brownish black).
~ Blusher (optional but for me, I like my smokey eyes to attract attention and not my other parts).
~ MAC lipstick in underplay A28.
